Methodia’s policy on the quality and information security in the development of software products and the provision of services is aimed at:

CLIENTS – Satisfying their requirements to receive high-quality products and services that meet all legal requirements and are provided within the contractually agreed deadlines;

EMPLOYEES – Ensuring competent and motivated personnel working in a harmonious environment, providing conditions for development and continuous improvement of competence;

SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS – Maintaining long-term, reliable, and mutually beneficial relationships, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities for quality performance and compliance with information security requirements;

OWNERS – Fulfilling objectives aimed at achieving stronger and sustainable business results;

SOCIETY – Applying high standards of social responsibility, corporate governance and environmental protection against the impact of climate change;

INFORMATION SECURITY – Information is of particular importance to our business activities and therefore we implement complex mechanisms ensuring its protection in relation to the three aspects:

  • Confidentiality – the information is accessible only to authorized entities;
  • Integrity – the information is reliable and has not been manipulated or changed in an unauthorized manner;
  • Availability – the information is available to authorized entities whenever it is needed.

The framework underlying the objectives related to quality and information security includes:

  • Developing innovative, high-quality products and services that meet the clients’ needs;
  • Identifying and protecting information assets;
  • Ensuring lawfulness, compliance, and the protection of intellectual property and copyright;
  • Maintaining security throughout the development and maintenance of systems, networks, and applications;
  • Securing supplier relationships;
  • Applying adequate mechanisms to protect against cyber threats and reliably manage technical vulnerabilities;
  • Promptly detecting, responding to, and learning from information security incidents;
  • Planning and taking appropriate actions to ensure business continuity and emergency response.

  • Communicating this policy to all employees, as well as distributing it to external stakeholders when necessary;
  • Providing the necessary resources for the effective and efficient functioning of the Integrated Management System and achieving planned goals;
  • Identifying all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and satisfying those requirements to achieve compliance;
  • Applying a process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure the efficiency of the Integrated Management System and to achieve the expected results;
  • Assigning roles and responsibilities for implementing the requirements of the Integrated Management System, guiding and providing support;
  • Promoting continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System through monitoring, measurement, analysis, evaluation, and updating.
