Topic: Specific workplace-related training for the acquisition of digital, management and business skills focused on the green and digital transition, ESG, resource efficiency, AI, automation and optimization of work processes.

Within the framework of the project, participants will undergo specific training and soft skills training aimed at:

  • improving digital skills and the use of AI and automation in work processes;
  • acquiring knowledge of ESG principles, the green transition, decarbonization and the circular economy;
  • improving energy efficiency in IT infrastructure and developing resource-efficient software solutions;
  • upgrading management, organizational and entrepreneurial competencies;
  • developing skills for change management, team communication and effective collaboration;
  • enhancing creative thinking and the reasoned presentation of innovative ideas;
  • supporting employees’ adaptation to the modern requirements of the technological economy.

Main objectives of the project:

  • developing new knowledge, skills and competencies among employed persons;
  • supporting staff adaptation to the green and digital transition in the economy;
  • increasing the efficiency, quality and competitiveness of the company;
  • supporting sustainable business models, digitalization and modernization of the company’s processes;
  • promoting lifelong learning and the professional development of employees.
