Strategy and Change Management

Methoda’s strategy is an integral part of the company’s vision and mission, which provides the underline framework to support the ever-changing business environment. We employ three main principles in evaluating our progress and based on the company’s vision:
• Operational excellence - we utilize procedures to track our core operational processes in real-time. This information emphasizes the monitoring, analyzing and management of our development and progress.
• Tactical development – these are departmental specific processes and projects that emphasize and analyze the tactical development of the organization and its progress based on the established and agreed upon operational criteria.
• Strategic control- monitors the execution of corporate strategic objectives at each level of the organization and emphasizes management of the entire enterprise. They are implemented to support a balanced scorecard methodology. We build each dashboard on a single data infrastructure and application platform to deliver consistent information to every user, but multiple versions of each type of dashboard is deployed to account for diverse user requests.
